Supply Chain Manager

General Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
• Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process for the plant, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as production, sales, and finance, to understand their supply chain needs and ensure timely delivery of materials and products
• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality materials
• Maintain strong relationships with OEM customers
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics and make continuous improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs
• Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact on operations
• Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success and growth
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and increase productivity
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in regards to supply chain operations
