Supply Chain Officer with French
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź

Requirements:
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2)
- Customer orientation and proactive approach
- Stress resistance
- Very good teamwork
- Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
- Additional experience or educational background in Procurement /Logistics/Supply Chain would be an asset
- SAP knowledge nice to have
- At least Bachelor Degree

Responsibilities:
- Work on activities related to supply chain process in aeronautics: ensuring delivery of orders on time, Purchase Order management, Invoice issue handling, GR (Goods receipt) issues handling, PR to PO conversion

- To interact directly with Suppliers for day-to-day work
- Interact closely with Front Officer for any clarifications, complex work, and updates
- Provide weekly operational reports
- Document process documentation and standard methodologies
- Participate in team and customer meetings
