Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Job Description

Job Summary:

onsemi is seeking a highly effective, energetic, and highly organized individual with great communications skills to be responsible for planning and managing our Sales and Operations Execution process. This person will serve as a liaison to sales, finance, business units, and planning to ensure our revenue and distribution inventory targets are met. They will provide guidance to tactical planning to ensure gaps are closed on a weekly basis. They will also continuously work with Distribution Operations to ensure optimal backlog alignment.

Responsibilities

1. Work with the current S&OE team to compile weekly inputs for our executive team to review revenue execution.
2. Help drive action to close gaps to our revenue targets.
3. Drive backlog alignment with Distribution Operations to ensure weeks of inventory optimization.
4. Provide tactical planning with needed backlog information on a weekly basis to help with factory loading decisions and projections.
5. Align with sales operations and customer service on weekly end of quarter actions to ensure we optimal customer satisfaction
6. Work with logistics to track sales order level estimations on what we are going to be ab le to recognize in revenue.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply chain or related field.
• 7+ years experience in semiconductor supply chain or revenue management
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities within established deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Very strong negotiation skills to successfully negotiate with vendors.
• Strong PC computer skills including Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP's a must), Word and Power Point.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a group to accomplish individual and team objectives.
• Flexibility to adjust to a regularly changing and fast-paced business environment.
• Ability to manage with an energetic and positive outlook, even during challenging, stressful times.
