Supply Chain Operations Analyst

About The Role:

As a Supply Chain Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping to drive efficiencies and organization across the warehouse landscape.  You are an entrepreneur at heart, eager to learn, adapt, and excited to help Feastables achieve its growth potential.

This is an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated, creative individual with a background in CPG and supply chain. They are capable of both hands-on individual contributions, and are equipped with a mindset for fixing, saving and optimizing at the forefront.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting order management with 3PLs, Co-mans, and warehouse partners
• Working cross functionally with Customer Supply Chain team to provide updates on orders, warehouse changes and potential roadblocks
• Working closely with Logistics to schedule timely pick-ups
• Analyzing warehouse data and providing creative cost-saving solutions
• Help educate teams on freight cost, warehouse cost etc. 
• Monitor MOQs and lead times, flag to Customer Supply Chain team

• Owning sample process, providing ETAs, planning with small parcel partners and communicate tracking with all parties
• Analyzing inventory levels to provide sales with recommendations on sales initiatives 
• Contributing to warehouse KPIs and helping to identify inefficiencies that are resulting in low scores
• Helping to manage ERP system (NetSuite)
• Receive transfers
• Audit data
• Help build out reports for cross-functional team members
• Help manage EDI updates and fails with Customer Supply Chain and 3PLs

Recipe For Success:

• 2+ years experience in supply chain
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong sense of urgency and time management; ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
• Strong analytical skills are a must have
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be highly organized and strong communicator with proven cross-functional experience
• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Fulfillment and inventory experience preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘self-start’ mentality
• Problem-solver seeking innovative and creative solutions with a consistent focus on details
• Be comfortable with a workday and schedule that isn’t always highly structured or predictable – this is not a ‘punch in, punch out’ role
• A leader and a team player: ability to work and make decisions autonomously with appropriate levels of collaboration and engagement with the team to ensure alignment
• Ability to effectively manage workload, meet deadlines and ensuring quality output
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Ability to travel to visit warehouses as appropriate
