The Supply team is empowered to operationallymanage the supply chain process starting from a consolidated sales plan untilthe products are handed over to the consignee. This supply process requiresmanaging variables such as lead-times, inventory policies, inventories on handor in transit but also requires direct communication with suppliers,preparation of replenishment forecast, preparation and analysis of KPI's, orderprocessing, documentation review and submission and preparation of variousreports that will enable control of the operation. This position will require aself-motivated and well-organized person that can cooperate cross-functionallywith Sales & Operations, Suppliers, Sales Controlling and internalcustomers to secure replenishment processes for our business unit, controlinventory levels, guarantee documentation accuracy and on time deliver. Datafor KPI's will need to be gathered, analyzed and action plans developed.
KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather data, prepare analysis, agree with stakeholders and develop a Replenishment Planning report for Puerto Rico and Daewoo operations and any other location when needed.
- Do order entry of finished goods for Puerto Rico, Daewoo, Europe and others when needed.
- Communicate with suppliers in order to guarantee data accuracy (volumes, ship dates, ship to locations, others).
- Review the documentation from all sourcing locations to guarantee accuracy in the Shipper, Consignee and Notify party boxes as well as payment terms, quantities, descriptions and other details.
- Separate the documents received from foreign sourcing locations and distribute them with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare forecasts based on analysis made for Daewoo, Puerto Rico, European factories and others (Colombia, Turkey, etc).
- Ensure products availability for markets.
- Purchase foreign sourced products, validating costs, quantities, delivery time and maintaining controls over this activity.
- Maintain good relationship with suppliers.
- Ensure agreed service levels for customers.
- Maintenance of the EXPO files (inventory, production and shipping files).
- Cooperate with Sales Operations, Product Line Managers, Finance Controlling and other teams in the daily operations.
- Gather data and prepare KPI analysis for the operation such as DIS, Slow Movers, No Movers, others.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and on time delivery.
- Provide shipping status reports to our customers.
- Support the team within the Supply group.
- Contribute to development of new IT solutions.
- Develop existing processes to maximize organization efficiency.

REQUIREDLANGUAGES:

POSITIONREQUIREMENT:
- Professional qualification with 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or university degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Experience managing various systems and applications such as MS Office, AS400, SAP, JDE.
