Our Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Development Rotational Program provides high potential recent college graduates with the opportunity to accelerate their career through a variety of learning experiences over a two-year period.

Participants will receive challenging rotations in three to four functional areas including but not limited to: Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Strategy, Commodity Management, New Product Purchasing, Supply or Demand Planning, Logistics, Quality, Program Management, Procurement. Upon program completion, participants will have gained a valuable understanding of our end-to-end value chain and will transition to a permanent position within Bose Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing organization division.

All positions will be located at Bose Global Corporate Headquarters in Framingham, Massachusetts. We are currently working hybrid with the expectation for you to be in the office 3 days/week. Position will start in Summer 2024.

Qualifications: Bose Rotational Programs are highly selective. To be considered candidates must have:

Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.

Education and Experience

Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.

Academic achievement with overall minimum GPA of 3.4 preferred.

6 months minimum to 2 years maximum cumulative relevant work experience.

Skills

Capacity to lead, motivate and influence through effective communications

High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

SAP experience preferred

Proven track record of success and results
