ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Supply Chain Operations Associate with a focus on generalist duties, you will be an integral part of our supply chain team, engaging in diverse responsibilities across the entire supply chain spectrum. This role is designed for a multitasker who enjoys wearing multiple hats, from order processing and inventory management to collaborating with various stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Day to day responsibilities of the role will include:

• Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms, and addressing supply-related issues;

• Inventory and Materials Oversight: Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular monitoring, forecasting, and collaboration with procurement teams;

• Order Processing: Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order entry, tracking, and delivery;

• Process Support: Assist in process optimization initiatives, contributing ideas and support for continuous improvement across supply chain operations;

• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with logistics partners to coordinate transportation, minimize lead times, and ensure timely deliveries.

This is a full-time, salaried role with a flexible work-from-home policy. The compensation range for this role is $70K-$90K.

LOCATION AND HOURS

This is a full-time, salaried role on-site role. Our dog-friendly, state-of-the-art headquarters is located in beautiful Broomfield, Colorado, between Boulder and Denver. This role requires team members to frequently collaborate in person.
