About the Role:

The Supply Chain Optimization (SCO) Analyst provides analytical guidance to ensure our tools & processes to support supply chain performance are at a world class caliber. The SCO organization key objectives are to implement and champion consistent processes across the supply chain planning organization, ensure master data governance and system adoptability across the planning organization. They will drive mastery of planning fundamentals which will enable TreeHouse to become a forward-thinking organization. Their main responsibilities include:

• Assist the Supply Chain Optimization team with our reporting capabilities by partnering to develop tools and reporting content that will improve our service to both internal and external customers
• Support the standardization of processes across the Supply Chain by collaborating to develop and/or enhance policies and procedures
• Assist in the training of end-users on new/improved processes and utilize metrics to ensure/measure end-user compliance
• Provide high level summaries/conclusions to management/peers by analyzing and interpreting large datasets
• Research, propose and incorporate new types of analytics/analytical views into our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) content
• Participate in supply chain initiatives such as system implementations, divestitures & acquisitions, and network optimization
• Provide basic, non-technical system support to end users by fielding inquiries regarding our ERP systems
• Assist with Reporting/Analysis support for cross category or ad hoc requests
• Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels
• Perform other duties as assigned

Important Details: This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule at our Oak Brook, IL corporate office.

About You:

You'll fit right in if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Science or related field required.
• APICS or CPSM certification a plus
• 3+ years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain with a high level of focus in data analysis
• 1-3+ years of cross-functional supply chain planning with hands on experience in developing KPI reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to problem solve and influence decision-making
• Capable of engaging in multiple projects simultaneously and adjusting priorities to meet deadlines.
• Display the aptitude to learn new processes and analytical tools quickly
• Possess interpersonal skills to work within a fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Windows PC; Microsoft office Suite
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel is a must
• Beginner to Intermediate skills in Access is a plus
• Hands-on experience with ERP modules such as SAP HANA/BW, SAP APO, SAP IBP, JDA/i2, Blue Yonder, etc.
