Job Summary:

BeatBox Beverages is looking to add a Supply Chain Planner to the Supply Chain Team. This position will be responsible for monitoring and recording changes to BeatBox cost of goods sold (COGS), requesting quotes from suppliers, making purchase orders (PO), monitoring the delivery of POs and reporting cost accounting on a monthly basis.

Duties / Responsibilities

Manage COGS updates, maintain accounting records, and create COGS estimates for new products or co-packers.
Request quotes or up to date pricing information from existing/new suppliers. Audit current vendors on a quarterly basis.
Manage POs throughout their entire lifecycle from submission to delivery to payment.
Collect on hand material reports from suppliers and warehouses, reconcile inventory counts in BeatBox’s ERP system.
Validate invoices from vendors for payment; raw material POs, finished goods invoices from co-packers, and raw material movements.
Complete cost accounting and reporting tasks as assigned by the Senior Director of Operations, Director of Supply Chain or Director of Product Development.

Required Skills / Abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Ability to multi-task and perform in a deadline-driven environment.

Well-organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Outgoing personality with strong social and interpersonal abilities.

Additional Skills (not required)

Conversational Spanish Language Proficiency

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience with cost accounting and reporting.
