SUMMARY: 

Pierre Fabre is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and well-organized Supply Chain professional to join a fast-paced, growing Supply Chain Organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials through Pierre Fabre’s supply chain to ensure patient supply.

Pierre Fabre utilizes third party organizations to recruit and collect donor material for use in manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for meeting the screening/collection metrics, overseeing commercial supply, managing budgets, contracts and purchase orders. Additionally, this candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, data, and transactions of the ERP and MRP systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage the apheresis collection network
  • Interface and provide support to manufacturing operations
  • Manage all inbound, outbound and network raw material shipments
  • Manage budget, contracts, purchase orders, and the long-range plan
  • Drive key performance indicators to meet stated goals
  • Create supply plan based on HLA requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and production planning
  • Manage GMP and non-GMP material usage
  • Partner with third party suppliers to ensure product supply and avoid manufacturing disruptions to ensure finished goods supply
  • Act as General Manager with suppliers to proactively reduce risk and resolve key issues
  • Help with Business Continuity efforts for Supply Chain to ensure risks are mitigated
  • Manage material life cycle (E.g. Discontinue obsolete items, effectivity of items, etc.)
  • Maintain and manage the ERP and MRP systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business needs
  • Lead configuration and improvement efforts of the ERP and MRP systems
  • Provide training and support to staff on the use of ERP and MRP systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system adoption
  • Draft and complete quality documents and SOPs as needed

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field required and 8-10 years of experience OR Masters and 6-8 years; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years Supply Chain experience, with emphasis on planning and inventory management
  • ERP/MRP experience preferred
  • Microsoft Dynamics and AX2012 experience is a plus
  • Supplier Relationship and Material Risk Management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Six Sigma Lean Green Belt and/or APICs/ASCM certificate preferred
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams both internally and externally
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Well organized with right first-time orientation
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills

  • This role is located in NJ and will be hybrid.
