Summary of Position:
Coordinate and orchestrate S&OP and IBP process in the region being responsible for the information gathering, critical thinking and communication with the Global segment. Be accountable for following metrics: Forecast Accuracy, Back order level, Inventory health, DIOH, Slow/No mover, Scrap and Finance/Demand reconciliation. Deploy Global strategy for the region and hubs, assuring the proper standardization and process optimization

Essential Functions:
Responsible for data gathering and analysis - Assess and improve current supply and demand planning process - Dashboards and support for Demand Planners - Metrics maintenance (FCA, BO, Inv. S/NM) - Support to local Planning team related to purchasing and inventory management
• Manage a team of employees responsible for maintaining inventory control and processing orders
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to material flow and inventory management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency
• Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff members
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, shipping, and receiving processes
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates on material availability and order status
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred
• Strong experience leading supply chain planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment (healthcare, medical devices, consumer goods, food & beverage, etc)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with ERP systems and software (SAP and/or KINAXIS are preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Availability to work on hybrid environment: 4x/week onsite (BD's Office: Chácara Santo Antonio - São Paulo/SP) and 1x/week home office
