Supply Chain Project Manager - MES to SAP Integration

As Intel is embarking on a transformation of our ERP Systems, this project manager will be responsible for the integration of Intel's multiple MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) systems with SAP S4. You will work with a team of Intel subject matter experts, architects, external consultants, and vendors to ensure that the integration work is well-defined, resourced, and can meet the desired ERP implementation milestones.
Plans/manages technical Supply Chain programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program. Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. Identifies tasks, determines dependencies, identifies and assigns specific resources, communicates expectations to team members, obtains task effort and duration estimates from team members, and creates/tracks the project schedule. Assesses risk and identifies issues. Monitors progress against schedule. Coordinates resources with other functions. Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform nonrepetitive, analytical work. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Holds a degree in a technical field of study.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or related field of study.
- 5+ years of experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems and/or ERP Systems, preferably SAP
- 5+ years of experience working in a technical Project or Program Management role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or related field of study.
- Previous experience with new ERP implementations
- Previous experience with MES to ERP integration

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, California:$112,760.00-$169,240.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
