External Supply Operations (ESO) is responsible for the global purchase and delivery of more than 200 million packs of medicine each year. Working with supply partners across Europe, Asia, MEA and South America. It contains 100 highly skilled and dedicated people, located in Europe and India, committed to the delivery of high quality, reliable, low-cost medication for patients in over 30 countries in Europe and to B2B customers globally. As part of this team, you will gain international experience in a high growth area of Zentiva’s business, working with a vast set of pharmaceutical manufacturers and formulations and will be part of the Industrial community consisting of internal manufacturing sites and global functions.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Supply Chain Reporting Specialist mission is to maintain of various BI reports, analysis, data models and analytical tools to provide data analytical support to Supply Chain Organization.

The Supply Chain Reporting Specialist is working closely with various functions inside ESO and Zentiva Global Functions.

Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver metrics and dashboards for tracking and managing the supply chain performance

• Collect, consolidate and report & analyze the supply chain large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insights

• Oriented to identify improvement areas to develop mitigation actions

• Support creation of appropriate reporting with the company tools BW, Power BI

• Responsible for gathering and cleaning of data sets across multiple data sources

• Responsible for spotting vital insights and developing the framework of the organization’s data system

• Develop tools that support existing and/or new processes

• Analyze system deficiencies and recommend changes for improved performance

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI, SAP

• Working with both structured and unstructured databases

• Understand the relationship between process and system

• Action oriented to correct systems deficiencies and results, ability to drive new and innovative solutions in alignment to the organizations / functions strategy.

• Ability to clearly communicate with key business partners is essential

• Demonstrates collaboration, hands-on approach, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed company

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or equivalent

• SQL and Statistical Programming

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)

• Proven experience of working with PowerBI

• Experience with applying machine learning techniques to classification, clustering & prediction problems

• Fluent in English.
