GAF's Supply Chain Rotational Program is a 2 year program designed to develop high-potential, talent into future supply chain leaders. This is accomplished through a series of two (2) yearlong of challenging and rewarding cross-functional rotational assignments within key strategic functions.

Team or Function Overview

With over 25 manufacturing sites, dozens of distribution facilities, and thousands of suppliers and carriers, GAF's supply chain continues to grow in size and complexity. This program is designed to accelerate the development of recent graduates to leaders, capable of meeting the growing challenges facing Supply Chain functions. In GAF's program, the candidate will work collaboratively with key leaders across the Supply Chain Organization and have the opportunity to lead major projects and strategic initiatives covering key areas such as transportation, warehousing & distribution, supply chain planning & forecasting, supply chain systems & analytics, and direct & indirect procurement.

Essential Duties

Rotations will be determined through business needs, candidate interest, and mentor guidance. The position will be primarily based in our corporate headquarters in Parsippany, NJ but will include a rotation assignment in year 2 at one of our manufacturing sites across the US, for which you will be required to relocate. Candidates will have a dedicated manager and mentor to support their development and technical training as they cultivate their leadership and technical skills.

Rotations may include possible assignments in the following areas of the GAF Supply Chain Organization:

• Analytics & Systems

• Supply Chain Planning
• Supply Chain Operations
• Procurement (Direct & Indirect)
• Private Fleet Operations
• Field Logistics

The GAF Supply Chain Rotational Program offers a wide variety of benefits to selected candidates. • Four-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Logistics or Planning
• Requirement to relocate to one of our manufacturing sites on year 2 of the rotational

• Previous internship or co-op related experience in a Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, or Business Analytics environment
• Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, & analytical skills
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of achieving results
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and build relationships
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task & handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities
