Supply Chain Senior Business Analyst / Consultant

This role sits at the intersection of supply chain strategy, business analysis, and technology-driven transformation. You will work closely with enterprise clients to understand complex operational challenges and translate them into scalable, technology-enabled solutions. The position blends consulting, presales, and delivery responsibilities, offering exposure to the full lifecycle of supply chain transformation programs. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and leadership teams to shape future-state operating models and solution designs. The environment is highly client-facing and requires structured thinking, strong communication, and commercial awareness. You will also contribute to proposals, RFPs, and solution development for advanced supply chain platforms. This is a high-impact role where your expertise directly influences strategic decisions and digital transformation outcomes.

• Support end-to-end presales and consulting activities for supply chain transformation engagements, including RFP/RFI responses, proposal creation, and solution storytelling.
• Lead or assist client discovery sessions to gather requirements, map current-state processes, and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into structured deliverables such as functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution specifications.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between client requirements and enterprise supply chain platforms and recommend optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to define future-state processes, system designs, and implementation approaches.
• Support creation of executive presentations, business cases, dashboards, KPIs, and client-facing solution materials.
• Participate in workshops, demos, and stakeholder discussions, ensuring clarity between business expectations and technical execution.
• Contribute to UAT planning, test cases, defect triage, and validation of implemented solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery functions throughout transformation programs.
• Support development of reusable frameworks, consulting assets, and supply chain service offerings.

Requirements:

• 6–10+ years of experience in business analysis, supply chain consulting, or digital transformation roles.
• Strong domain expertise in supply chain functions such as planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, manufacturing, warehousing, or order management.
• Proven experience in client-facing consulting or enterprise transformation engagements.
• Hands-on expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, solution documentation, and fit-gap analysis.
• Experience contributing to presales activities, RFP responses, proposals, and solution design discussions.
• Familiarity with supply chain platforms such as o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/S/4HANA, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of enterprise system landscapes including ERP, planning systems, data platforms, and integrations.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques including user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Lucidchart, and similar documentation tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field (MBA or certifications such as APICS, PMP, Agile/Scrum are a plus).
