Job Description

As the Shipping/Receiving Coordinator you will:

• Perform administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods.

• Communicate and coordinate with transportation companies.

• Handle routine questions and problems and maintains open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle.

• Confirm the accuracy of invoices, bills and charges relative to the shipment of goods.

• Log order information into the computer and files and distributes paperwork as necessary.

• Maintain records and generates reports for accounting and other areas.

Basic Requirements

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1 Year of Shipping/Receiving experience required.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
