In the role you will be responsible for evaluating OFS Supply Chain business needs and determining how digital technologies can support those needs leveraging software, hardware, or infrastructure. Aligning DT strategy with business goals has become paramount, and a solutions architect can help determine, develop, and improve technical solutions in support of business goals. This position also will standardize and rationalize Global Supply Chain business systems across OFS P&Ls (including but not limited to: S&PO, Procurement, Sourcing, Quality, Supplier Collaboration, Manufacturing planning, Material Management).

• Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve
• Lead design sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Prepare and document testing requirements.
• Identify areas where DT can support business needs and goals.
• Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
• Work with functional COEs to develop strategies and to improve current implementations.
• Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products.
• Communicate and consult with stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions.
• Be prepared to work with leaders, managers, and employees across OFS Supply Chain

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 5 year of experience in Supply chain roles
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as ERP super user (SAP) Preferred
• Proficiency with information technologies like SQL, Java, Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc and advance knowledge on Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and SharePoint)

Skill

To successfully align DT solutions with business objectives, solutions architect must have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as both technical and business knowledge. You will need to have a deep understand of core Supply Chain process to understand which DT solutions will better fit BH goals. Your leadership skills will be important for steering the overall process of identifying key business objectives and determining the requirements for each solution.
