Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is seeking a strategic Supply Chain Solution Services Architect to develop and implement integrated supply, demand, and digital solutions. Focusing on improving cost efficiency, increasing business effectiveness, and creating synergies and collaborations across clients of Arrow. This role will focus on selling supply chain services by implementing supply chain solution models. This requires a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, a high acumen of today's supply chain market, and an expertise in analytical/writing skills to showcase efficiencies and shortfalls within customers supply chain models. Please note, this will be a hybrid model role.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide solution architecture for projects and products that are focused on processes, systems, applications, and technologies in areas such as Forecasting, Replenishment, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Sourcing, Procurement, and Logistics
• Identify and research innovative and new technologies to improve organizational capabilities, conduct proof of concepts, and evolve architecture standards
• Design and facilitate project works to ensure reusability
• Learn to develop clear options, measures of performances, and assessments for solution architectures to the project and product teams as required
• Closely follow strategic direction and methodologies set by senior executives when developing solutions
• Identify, document, and analyzes complex supply chain environments for clients
• Ability to immerse in a functionality or technologies to develop an intermediate level of proficiency in a relatively short amount of time
• Be recognized as both functionally and technically advanced in the supply chain concepts and processes
• Document and proficiently explain complex designs to technical and functional peers and other levels of the organization
• Ensure solutions are scalable and meet overall business requirements
• Interact with external and internal senior management for feedback and alignment
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively across multiple business teams
• Autonomously and productively perform activities, requiring minimal direction or guidance from supervisor
• Participate in Solution Architecture reviews with program and product teams prior to design and development activities and ensure the solution is scalable, is aligned with internal product roadmaps and meets the business requirements

What We Are Looking For:

• Significant logistics expertise, particularly in the disciplines of transportation, trade compliance, global taxation, warehousing and manufacturing
• A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
• High tech industry and Supply Chain domain experience required
• Expert within Microsoft Suite
• Successful supply chain services experience
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and their current markets
• Strong written communication and support skills, including the ability to identify customer problems, needs and objectives; conceptualize and articulate workable solutions and build quantitative business cases
• Passion for cross collaborating across multiple team channels
• Must be able to travel regionally approximately 10 -20 percent of the time

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$108,100.00 - $140,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
