Job Description:
Arrow Electronics is seeking a strategic and tactical Supply Chain Solutions Manager to support our Central Sales Branches within the Americas. As a Supply Chain Solutions Managers (SCSM's) you will support our component selling groups with technical supply chain expertise and in-depth knowledge of Arrow's Supply Chain Services. The SCSM works directly with internal and external customers to assess supply chain needs and objectives, design effective solutions and build the business case for implementation. This position will provide field training to ensure the sales teams understand Arrow's supply chain service capabilities, their value to customers, and their role in providing Arrow with a competitive advantage.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Work with internal branches to develop new supply chain solutions for current Arrow customers
• Conduct meetings and presentations with customers to understand current processes. Leveraging results to propose broader solutions outside of core service offerings
• Drive the development of customer supply chain services strategies through prioritized market needs
• Utilize detailed financials to substantiate proposals for customers and to help sell solutions
• Create supply chain models in which function as a design, production, and contract manufacturing - both domestically and globally
• Review customer metrics for key engagements proactively vs reactively. Making recommendations for changes to engagements or additional service opportunities
• Demonstrate high level of proficiency in investigating opportunities for enhancing branch productivity through means such as eCompass, No Touch, and LVA
• Work with sales management to ensure Arrow receives maximum value from services
• Monitor implementation process, stepping in to provide assistance and guidance when needed
• Proactively create solutions beyond customer needs
• Create, coordinate, and arrange trainings on concepts and supply chain tools, both live and web based in order to articulate the value of Arrow's core supply chain services, and supply chain trends to internal teams such as sales, as well as external customers
• Customize customer global solutions, utilizing Arrows Silicon Tools and Oracle functions

What We Are Looking For:

• 5-8+ years of tactical and analytical electronic and distribution experience
• Experience working with contract manufacturers, customers, and EMS
• Successful contract manufacturing sales experience with a demonstrated passion to close opportunities
• Strong communication and tech support skills, including the ability to identify customer problems, needs and objectives; conceptualize and articulate workable solutions and build quantitative business cases
• Passion to contribute to a growing electronic space
• Excited to be apart of a fast paced and upbeat environment
• Strong understanding of supply chain management
• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years related experience, or a combination of education and experience may substitute
• Must be able to travel regionally approximately 50% percent of the time

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$122,000.00 - $200,046.88
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
