Standvast is looking for a Part Time/20 hour work week Supply Chain Specialist to join our energetic and high-impacting team
Job Duties:Â
- Respond to all inquiries and coordinate resolution within the committed service level agreement.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism to a wide range of internal and external customers.
- Respond to inquiries by gaining clarifying information, determining the customer’s need and providing updates until the initiative is resolved.
- Keep detailed record of support ticket metrics.
- Maintain communication with manager, keeping them informed of significant issues and/or call escalations.
- Escalate inquiries as needed.
- Identify underlying trends and root causes behind customer questions.
- Write queries to pull data from the data warehouse, as needed, to support problem-solving.
- Publish reports on customer issues and resolutions.
Qualifications:Â
- High School Diploma or GED required, some College preferred (but not required).
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally & written) with the partners, management, vendor partners and employees.
- Ability to respond tactfully and escalate as needed.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Proficiency with Excel and pivot tables.
- Ability to sit for extended periods at a time.
