Standvast is looking for a Part Time/20 hour work week Supply Chain Specialist to join our energetic and high-impacting team

Job Duties: 

  • Respond to all inquiries and coordinate resolution within the committed service level agreement.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism to a wide range of internal and external customers.
  • Respond to inquiries by gaining clarifying information, determining the customer’s need and providing updates until the initiative is resolved.
  • Keep detailed record of support ticket metrics.
  • Maintain communication with manager, keeping them informed of significant issues and/or call escalations.
  • Escalate inquiries as needed.
  • Identify underlying trends and root causes behind customer questions.
  • Write queries to pull data from the data warehouse, as needed, to support problem-solving.
  • Publish reports on customer issues and resolutions.

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required, some College preferred (but not required).
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbally & written) with the partners, management, vendor partners and employees.
  • Ability to respond tactfully and escalate as needed.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Proficiency with Excel and pivot tables.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods at a time.
