Group/Division
KLA has manufacturing sites across the globe, including Belgium, China, Germany, Israel, Singapore and Milpitas (CA). The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation, and Quality, is responsible for manufacturing our leading-edge technology. We partner with our world-wide supply base and our design engineering teams to bring new products to market. The GOPS team is continuously working to build our products Better, Faster, Cheaper.

GOPS Services supply chain specialist leads supply chain management project/program management and sophisticated problem resolution on new delivery, inventory and service process initiatives between the KLA Global Operations (GOPS) team and the KLA Services team.

Job Duties, but not limited to:
  • Build and maintain written program objectives, actions and timelines. Report on progress to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Interact eloquently with executive management across functions, organizations and group executives.
  • Lead and influence multi-functional and cross-organizational teams.
  • Understand company business requirements, market dynamics and trends, supply base and capabilities for given commodities.
  • Receives predetermined work assignments with specific instructions.
  • Lead team members to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
  • May interact daily with cross-functional and cross organizational peer groups. Has internal and some external contacts
  • Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of information, progress and challenges.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Majority of time may normally be spent performing individual tasks related to the focus area
  • Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with +5 years' work experience, OR Master's degree with +3 years' work experience
