Supply Chain Specialist

We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join the team. You will handle all the operational aspects, from the production stage to inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipments to our global clients.  

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and improve the delivery performance across the supplier portfolio, in close cooperation with the Director of the Supply Chain  
• Plan and optimize delivery schedules per material supplier combination  
• Audit, analyze, and address internal and external risks in the materials supply chain  
• Run, interpret, and act on customer reports through frequent manipulation of systems (Salesforce, Zip, etc.)  
• Coordinate the shipment and delivery of inventory with the company’s global supply chain partners  
• Work closely with other departments (Global Support, Finance, and Sales) to fulfill new orders and RMA requests
• Optimize supply chain processes and drive maximum automation of high-running processes. Always think “Scale” 

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in building and running the logistics at a growing global tech company.  
• Highly customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively work with people outside of the company.  
• Occasional availability after work hours (on customer demand)  
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Economics - Advantage  
• Highly self-motivated and outcome-oriented  
• Must be a Team player  
• Fluent English speaking - Must
• Knowledge in systems - CRM or ERP - Advantage (SFDC is preferred)
