We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join the team. You will handle all the operational aspects, from the production stage to inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipments to our global clients. Â
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve the delivery performance across the supplier portfolio, in close cooperation with the Director of the Supply Chain Â
- Plan and optimize delivery schedules per material supplier combination Â
- Audit, analyze, and address internal and external risks in the materials supply chain Â
- Run, interpret, and act on customer reports through frequent manipulation of systems (Salesforce, Zip, etc.) Â
- Coordinate the shipment and delivery of inventory with the company’s global supply chain partners Â
- Work closely with other departments (Global Support, Finance, and Sales) to fulfill new orders and RMA requests
- Optimize supply chain processes and drive maximum automation of high-running processes. Always think “Scale”Â
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in building and running the logistics at a growing global tech company. Â
- Highly customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively work with people outside of the company. Â
- Occasional availability after work hours (on customer demand) Â
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Economics - Advantage Â
- Highly self-motivated and outcome-oriented Â
- Must be a Team player Â
- Fluent English speaking - Must
- Knowledge in systems - CRM or ERP - Advantage (SFDC is preferred)Â
