Job Description

The Supply Chain Specialist Philippines is responsible for support our business growth consistently, who primary responsibilities to interact with customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concern and requests about product and service. S/he will handle with export customers sales order fulfilment process effectively, and co-ordinate with overseas sales team and internal supply chain team to process orders smoothly, including replenishment planning of import product for PH customer.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Replenishment Planning – Lead PH supply chain as single point of contact, demand, supply, inventory management to serve customer in efficiency. Utilize JDA/ SAP/ PBI as a supporting tool for replenishment plan.
  • System Processing and Maintenance – SAP PO processing including PIR/ICP update quarterly. Review JDA/ SAP exception message. System maintenance to ensure all the figures run smoothly. And MDG product code extension to country.
  • Shipment Monitoring – Monitor and ensure shipment arrival and release as planned include shipment follow up with internal/external party. Also well communicate for shipment information update proactively to prevent supply and inventory impact.
  • Demand Planning – Coordinate with sale team to provide realistic demand input from country to demand planning team, make sure all numbers submit on time by monthly cycle.
  • Inventory management – Coordinate with warehouse team on inventory management and lead virtual stock count when needed.
  • Supply Chain Reports – Be able to provide supply chain data, analysis local and indent sales to related functions including facilitate meeting if need. Also, month end closing report.
  • Internal Complaint – To coordinate on internal complaint with related function (sourcing country and QA team) on receiving product at Ingredion warehouse until complete the case if happen.
  • Support function – To support finance team by provide some of finance reports monthly and quarterly.

Qualified candidates will have:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management and any related fields.
  • Proven 2 years’ experience in customer service, planner, procurement, supply chain related field.
  • Knowledge/Skills in computerized environment with basic office software. Experience in SAP, JDA system would be an advantage.
  • Ability to lead projects, drive for results and business savvy. Self-motivated. Can work independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Service orientated with customer focus, stress resistant, innovative and able to resolve issues in an efficient and logical manner
  • Resourcefulness in problem-solving and well-organized.
  • Strong communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills.
  • English fluency, both written and spoken.
