We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team and help drive our mission forward.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist with experience in medical device supply chain management in our startup environment. The Supply Chain Specialist will play a key role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations from planning, procurement, inventory and materials management, logistics, distribution to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.
  • Procurement: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
  • Materials/Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvements.
  • Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and quality management system (QMS) procedures, maintaining documentation and records to support compliance and traceability.
  • Logistics: Optimize logistics processes to minimize lead times and reduce costs
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure employee well-being.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or APICS certification
  • Previous experience in medical device supply chain management or a related field, with a strong understanding of S&OP process and Implementation of MRP systems
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software, etc.).
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to medical device manufacturing (e.g., FDA regulations, ISO standards).
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work while adhering to deadlines and priorities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a startup environment, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this role is between $75,000 and $95,000 depending on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity, benefits and 401(K) with matching.
