Supply Chain Specialist, APJ

The Supply Chain Specialist will handle all the operational aspects, starting from the production stage, inventory management, order fulfillment and shipments to our global clients. 

 Responsibilities:  

• Monitor and improve the delivery performance across the supplier portfolio, in close cooperation with the Director of Business Operations  
• Optimize delivery schedules per material supplier combination  
• Audit, analyse and address internal and external risks in the materials supply chain  
• Run, interpret and act on customer reports though frequent manipulation of systems (Salesforce, Netsuite etc.)  
• Coordinate the shipment and delivery of inventory with the company’s global supply chain partners 
• Work closely with other departments (Global Support, Finance and Sales) to fulfill new orders and RMA requests 

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in building and running the logistics at a growing global tech company. 
• Highly customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, including the availability to effectively work with people outside of the company.  
• Occasional availability after work hours (on customer demand)  
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Economics - Advantage  
• Highly self-motivated and outcome oriented  
• Must be a Team player  
• Knowledge in systems - CRM or ERP - Advantage
