Supply Chain Strategic Initiative Leader

As the Supply Chain Strategic Initiative Leader, you will have the opportunity to play a significant role in developing the future network of Delta Faucet. This person will lead a versatile team that is responsible for developing the business case, gaining partner alignment, and driving execution for transformative projects in the Delta Faucet Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead Delta Faucet Supply Chain's activities related to strategic project implementation, strategy development and advanced analytics.

• Responsible for the overall program management for one of the top strategic priorities - Breakthrough Cost.
• Lead high-caliber team to deliver critical projects on time, within budget, and ensure they meet project objectives. Develop tools to support reporting and Executive updates.
• Develop & maintain the evergreen Supply Chain 3 year strategy, creating a project roadmap to deliver stated business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership team to develop key projects from ideation through approval. Work cross-functionally with partners to ensure projects are prioritized and resourced appropriately.
• Departmental lead for advanced analytics and report development to drive business results - from daily management tools to long-term capacity and network models.
• Instill culture of growth in analytics and adapting new technologies within the Supply Chain team. Develop training and tools to embed strong analytics within each key pillar of Operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to represent Supply Chain considerations for other department key initiatives.
• Develop and mentor team to be the benchmark for project management and analytics. Team should have a growth and transformation mind-set.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Operations or equivalent field. Master's Degree is preferred, but not required.
• Primary experience in Logistics, Manufacturing, Purchasing and/or Finance, with at least 5+ years experience leading high-impact initiatives in these fields.
• Proven experience leading people, including managing a team focused on analytics and project management.
• Very strong analytical skills, including familiarity with major programs and tools. Capable of quickly developing insights off large sets of data and developing this skill within team.
• Inspire, empower, and communicate effectively through project implementation. Includes ability to build PowerPoint slides, present effectively, and effectively facilitate meetings.
• Strong business intuition. Able to assess & compare projects in various functional areas and prioritize based on impact and Delta Faucet's strategic goals.
• Experienced working collaboratively across all functional areas with associates at all levels; gaining respect, trust, credibility, while encouraging others.
• Continuous improvement approach and experience. Develop self and team capabilities to use Masco Operating System for structured problem solving.

Hiring Range: $114,800.00 - $180,400.00
