Job Overview

The trainee will assist the DND Central MD Team in different processes, such as:

• daily job & ticketing requests
• proactive corrections due to audits & governance
• support Standard Operating Procedures documentation
• support Analytics by collaborating with Data Analytics team

while learning all the processes that run to ensure a healthy execution of operations.

Exposure to TE Supply Chain management will make the trainee an efficient Supply Chain contributor in the future

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support PH MD Analyst on assigning defined priorities in ticketing tool
• Reporting any abnormal check points and channeling to right person
• Organize the MD Team Folder & propose optimizations (Digital initiatives )
• Support Business rules Repository management
• Understand current Audits Analytics & support future audits implementation
• Support Standard Operation Procedures
• Learn existing systems environment (SAP, TPEX, jobs, IBP)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fresh graduate of any Engineering course from reputable universities
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications and usage, mainly Excel
• Basic knowledge using data & analytics tools is a plus
• Effective communication and high interpersonal skills
• Willing to be trained and self-motivated
• Attitude for problem-solving in a dynamic SC Transformation environment
• Willing to grow
