Title - Supply Chain Senior Analyst, SC Data and Analytics

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Designs, develops, and maintains Supply Chain's Data and Analytics solutions. Utilizes PowerBI and other automation technology to meet operational and business needs.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To create dashboards by business roles and visual interactive reports using Power BI.
• To identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently.
• Analyze data and present it to leadership team through reports that can help in decision-making.
• To be able to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks.
• To design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis.
• To perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
• To perform PL/SQL (preferred) or SQL querying for best results
• To understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights.
• Learn business processes end-to-end and look for automation opportunities that help eliminate mundane tasks and drive efficiency for business users.
• Drive continuous improvement mindset and take incremental steps approach in order to achieve target
• Actively engage with team members and other co-workers to collaborate and break silos. Be an active voice for change and help adopt newer more efficient practices.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced SQL (Pl/SQL preferred) and Excel skills, familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques
• Knowledge of BI reports and dashboards and ability to design or update reports to meet the needs of business teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with non-IT team members to translate business needs into requirements for data solutions
• Ability to plan ahead and prioritize
• Attention to detail and high quality of work
• Ability to automate to reduce errors and solution design to handle by exception.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience as a BI Engineer, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Analytics Engineer
• Experience in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, API).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience in data mining (SQL, ETL, data warehouse, etc.) and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
