Job Description

Who We Are

The Farmer’s Dog is the fastest growing pet health service company in the US, and was born from a mission to change the landscape of pet health, providing dogs and their humans with honest, smart, and simple care – a fresh proposition in an industry riddled with manipulative and misleading marketing. We’re starting by radically improving the $100 billion pet food market, replacing bulk bags of highly-processed pellets with a personalized subscription service that sends healthy, freshly-made dog food, balanced by top veterinary nutritionists, directly to customers’ doors. Our ultimate goal is to create innovative, honest, and delightful experiences across all aspects of pet care, and we believe our direct-to-consumer business model, holistic approach to growth, and dynamic and forward-thinking culture uniquely position us to shepherd this backwards industry into the future.

To date, The Farmer’s Dog has delivered hundreds of millions of meals nationwide and raised over $150M in funding to help us build a company as healthy as the dogs who are eating those meals. Join us as we continue to develop ways of bringing peace of mind to our customers, health to their companions, and much-needed change to the way people feed and care for their pets.

  • Be responsible for the management of our Content Management System, supporting cross-functional deployments of new asset (labels, packing slips, feeding guides) customization at the fulfillment level.
  • Facilitate end-user training where needed and assist in System Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation, with the support of both internal corporate team members and warehouse-level management.

  • Help maintain the deployment, support, and service coordination for associated hardware devices like RF scanners, tablets, and workstations at our 3PL partners
  • Lead quarterly project intake processes and support roadmap development
  • Maintain KPI’s as advised by Supply Chain Leadership for systems in our domain
We're Excited About You Because
  • You have 1+ years of proven track record supporting technology within a Direct-to-Consumer fulfillment environment, including WMS interaction and EDI/API transactions.
  • You have 1+ years using analytical tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • You have 1+ years utilizing an ERP in a CPG environment (NetSuite preferred)
  • Familiar with SQL and/or modeling in Excel
  • Able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining close attention to detail.
  • An excellent oral and written communicator and have a teammate mentality, along with the ability to prioritize a growing web of technologies and execution needs.
  • Someone with both a strong operational process and technical capability.
  • A roll up your sleeves type who is comfortable working with individuals at all levels of an organization!
