Job Description
Part of the Integrated Supply Chain team, responsible for coordinating and leading the recovery of the most constrained product in collaboration with all functions and levels within ISC; Ensure timely allocation and delivery of our customer orders in an efficient and reliable way to ensure maximization of sales, customer satisfaction, operational working capital and to facilitate future growth. This position requires to be on site at our Mequon facility 2x/week.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and partner with others to ensure maximization of shipments, protecting our key customers and ensuring clear communication streams internally and externally.
- Be proactive with backlog management, including (but not exclusively) the expediting of past due orders.
- Completion of Bill of Material.
- Ensure maximization of supply availability at Distribution Centers through adequate call of allocation.
- Identify quick opportunities such as line quantity or quality compilation.
- Responsible for the on-time delivery of AON (Advance Order Notification) orders
- Align with the Master Production Scheduler/Buyers to steer and prioritize allocation and production based on backlog.
- Responsible for the demand & supply review of product families (S&OP); steer the service review of the given portfolio towards the Interaction Center and CRM teams.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the critical material list and for ad hoc projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain, including materials planning, sourcing, and logistics. (Knowledge of Rockwell's business a plus)
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply, inbound and order environment.
- Strong time management: Ability to prioritize tasks based on the goals and needs of the business, leveraging network and global resources.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP
- Analytical skills and commercial insight
- Ability to work with some direct supervision but must be able to be self-directed and able to adjust to changes in priority and scope.
- Ability to anticipate upstream and downstream impacts, taking responsibility for deliverables.
- Ability to understand complex issues and manage large amounts of data.
- Strong, soft skills focused on ethical behavior, forward-thinking, emotionally intelligent, optimism and resiliency.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, paced fast-paced and challenging environment providing best-in-class customer service.
- Comfortable making decisions independently.
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Customer-focused with a clear vision of the responsibility for meeting commitments and deadlines and follow-up accordingly.
- Requires strong oral and written communication skills.
