Supply Finance BP

• Finance Co-pilot for Commercial, Manufacturing, Logistics and Operation teams providing financial advice, performance analysis, forecast and strategy support. Participate in all processes and meetings related to cost accounting and management.
• Medium- & Long-term site financial shaping and strategy development: Medium- & Long-term COGS shaping and strategy Development: together with the main stakeholders (commercial, manufacturing, and logistic teams), the Supply Chain Finance Manager is responsible for developing the COGS strategy of the plant, the supply of materials and inbound and outbound logistics. The SCF Manager will use internal Mars benchmarking metrics to create a robust mid- to long-term roadmap for delivering the ideal financial shape (COGS and working capital) for the cluster.
• S&OP Process Key COGS Member:
  Step 3 financial representative: SCF Manager is the S&F main contact and member of the Unit´s Step 3. Responsibility includes Primes costs, MCC and LCC to consolidate financial forecast and analysis for the S&OP cycle.
  Step 4 & 5 financial Support (COGS): giving support on cost issues, providing relevant information to deal with discussions and decision making.
• COGS Control, Forecasting and Reporting: Accountable for the unit's prime costs, MCC and LCC. Including control, period closing activities, reporting, analysis. COGS Strong understanding and accurate projection for decision making. Support of the Do it Best program, projects validation, planning consolidation and DiB results monitoring.
• Site CAB (CAPEX) Control & Reporting: site CAB control, strategy development, project ROI, follow-up and post-launch analysis. The position is responsible for Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Economic Profit (EP) evaluation to support business decisions and projects priorization for the Site.
• Team Leader: Lead the SCF team of the cluster, supporting direct reports, promoting their development and business contribution.
• Support on Site Governance and Control: ensure that all Site processes are aligned with Corporate Governance and Finance Manual procedures. Assure that accruals of period end are controlled and accurate. Identify and eliminate risks.
