Supply Finance Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital savvy, highly energized, autonomous, and ready to roll-up sleeves associate to create value for the finance function, business partners and our Pet Nutrition NA business. The associate will be involved in various projects aiming at creating value (way of working, data & insights, deep investigation in costing, etc) and will be accountable to identify further opportunities. While the associate will report the Strategy Supply Chain Finance Lead, she/he will be working directly with various multifunctional teams

What are we looking for?

Key Functional Skills/Experience/Knowledge

• SAP expertise in a Manufacturing environment (FICO, Product Costing, Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, etc.)

• Expertise and experience in process management, IT systems, products, and operations

• Problem solving

• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

• Managerial presence, interpersonal and leadership skills

• Ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams

• Can effectively draw insights from data and develop collaborative solutions for challenges

• Skilled at process and project management

• High decision quality in a fast-paced environment

• High learning agility to utilize systems

• Proficient with Microsoft Office system(s). Strong Excel skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent in work experience

• Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience in a CPG environment

• Demonstrated ability to influence adoption of a significant recommendation involving business process changes and/or new system applications.

• Ability to present to small groups

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4 and Fiori exposure

• Plant based Finance role (i.e. - Controller, Finance Manager) in past experiences

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Work directly with various multifunctional teams (waste team, value creation team, labor team, etc.) on a daily basis as the expert in providing data clarity from financial systems and turning them into actionable insights
• Provide business partnership to the various multifunctional teams mentioned above plus support and train the Supply Chain Finance Business Partners in their efforts to similarly support their sites
• Provide consolidation and reporting support to MCC Finance Lead
• Provide to the regional digital and global digital teams the appropriate set of data and metrics to run operational business
• Be involved in the creation of the next generation of our digital tools supporting Supply Chain
• Other ad hoc projects and tasks in Supply Chain Finance area.
