As Supply Manager, you will be part of our incredible team of Supply Chain.

In this position, you’ll oversee finished product inventories across all locations, ensuring top-notch customer service and timely deliveries. You’ll manage a quality transport fleet, adhere to safety and environmental standards, and focus on cost efficiency.

Location: Guadalajara/Mexico

As part of the Supply Chain team, your role will be:

• Enhance Order Performance: Improve local perfect order performance and track units en route to customers.
• Optimize Inventory: Monitor production scheduling to ensure stock availability and manage fleet units for local and export demands.
• Drive Cost Efficiency: Perfect logistics systems, develop alternative service sources, and conduct comparative studies to reduce distribution costs.
• Leverage Technology: Utilize technology to enhance reliability, efficiency, and streamline processes.
• Lead and Collaborate: Champion cross-functional cooperation, promote safety, and maintain effective communication across teams.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or related field.
• Deep knowledge of warehousing and supply, benchmarking and industry insights, including experience in the exploration of new technologies to support automation seeking competitive advantage.
• Good English Speaker – for this role is important to deliver key messages in calls and in executive meetings.
