Supply Specialist

The Supply Coordinator is responsible for Company product supply activity for all locations. Pull and ship daily customer supplies.

DUTIES:

• Update open order and invoice activity report.
• Efficiently pull, package and ship all customer supply orders.
• Update UPS system with customer information.
• Receive and post incoming supply orders and stock shelves.
• Receive incoming supply orders and update customer orders into E-Automate (data base) system.
• Fill customer backorders as supplies are received and process all returned customer orders.
• Assist in receiving inventory orders and equipment or parts deliveries when necessary.
• Efficiently receive, organize, and manage incoming and outgoing daily mail.
• Work closely with all administrative departments.
• Collaborate with Parts Coordinator position.
• Follow all company policies and safety regulations.
• Respond to all individuals and customers in a professional and courteous manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong aptitude in office procedures including Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented including excellent time management skills.
• Associate Degree or equivalent supply logistical experience.
• Medium Lifting (50-70 lbs.).
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
