Business Management Group (BMG): The Business Management Group within Intel's Sales and Marketing Group, is charged with running and growing the business for Intel and its customers through meaningful data analysis and market insights. There's no better place to see how Intel works than BMG, we are the ENGINE ROOM of the company and in the center of the Intel Foundry Services transition.
The Operations Analyst role is supporting the Network and Edge business group through managing the supply and demand side of the business. This position works closely with revenue, pricing, and regional teams in an effort to meet quarterly and annual goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with regional teams to understand business needs and product transitions to enable product forecasting and supply support to attain revenue goals.
- Supporting and prioritizing customer escalations on limited supply.
- Reviewing and synthesizing sales data to monitor performance, identifying trends and causes of deviations to trend, creating recommendations and resolving issues.
- Developing inventory models and depletion strategies working alongside regional, planning and pricing teams.
- Acting as the communication conduit between Sales, Business Unit, Finance and Factory to optimize supply and revenue and achieve mutual business objectives.
- Developing, implementing, and improving business processes running the supply/demand functions, including development of processes to support Intel Foundry Services transformation.
- Building and enhancing internal business intelligence, data visualization and reporting capabilities.
- Supporting sales activities by maintaining reports related to forecasting, planning and performance tracking.

- Advanced presentation skills and comfortable with presenting to senior management
- Strong collaboration skills, experience in working across organizational lines.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create recommendations based on data.
Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel Immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years of experience in planning or supply chain related field or 4+ years of experience in planning or supply chain related field in lieu of the degree.
- Advanced Excel (For example: Pivot tables, charting, basic formulas like VLOOKUP's, Sumifs, Match, and nested formulas)
-Data analytic skills (Using data to make informed decision through data analysis and identification of trends).
Preferred Qualifications:
- PowerBI
- Expertise with Intel Planning and Forecasting Systems
- Understanding of product life cycles and product set up
- Familiarity with Intel financial cycles

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, California:$65,490.00-$88,660.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
