Overview

Datavision, an MDO Company, is a cloud-based information management platform that brings together data from multiple hotel systems, enabling hospitality professionals to access their hotels' data from one place and in real time. In addition to being the one-stop shop reporting hub for hoteliers, MDO also provides digital document and contract management services that streamline the auditing process, eliminating the need to print and store documents. MDO’s mission is to help hotels drive operational efficiencies through innovation and advanced technologies that contribute to the industry’s sustainability initiative.

The Support Agent will provide direct support to the customer. This person will work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide best practice day to day support for our customers
  • Perform data quality assurance using MS Excel and MS SQL Server
  • Provide evening and weekend support to our customers
  • Utilize advanced Excel, SSRS or other Microsoft tools and Datavision tools to support customers
  • Provide a weekly report based on tasks, projects completed and assigned for the following week
  • Add to skill set with additional learning sources: books, videos, live training, etc.
  • Work weekend shifts and / or holidays as needed
  • Additional tasks, as needed and assigned by Customer Success management team
  • Hospitality experience preferred – specifically in the hotel arena
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or a Business related subject
  • Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on MS Excel
  • Remote work environment required
