Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for "Support Analyst" to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are looking for an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the ideal opportunity for you!

WFH: NO. (Hybrid Model)

COGNIZANT IS LOOKING FOR Support Analyst. • Gather knowledge from business and implement the requirements. • Validate data, look for issues. • Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting and integrating new features. • Recommend solutions to improve new and existing. • Provide training and individual support.

Required Skill: • Good knowledge of SQL skills • Mandatory Knowledge of SADM Application. • Energy and utilities domain knowledge is mandatory. • Should have data modelling and analytical skills. • Should be well versed in managing product scalability and performance. • Cloud data migration knowledge is desirable. • Should have very good communication skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
