Support Consultant, Supply Chain Technology, Cloud (Chile)

The Support Consultant role is critical to Manhattan's ongoing customer success and engagement. This role works with clients subscribed to Manhattan cloud-based solutions, troubleshooting issues, and managing client enhancements including design, testing, issues resolution, post implementation support and budget management. This role will analyze functional issues, working closely with analysts, R&D and Cloud Ops to provide resolution. The Support Consultant role requires regular contact with clients, distributes project status frequently and serves as a project manager, with day-to-day responsibility for ensuring that their clients achieve productivity targets by providing expertise on cloud-based solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• People person, you have experience of client-facing and excellent client management skills and good team spirit
• Cloud-based solutions working knowledge and experience in SQL.
• Four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
• 1 year of experience developing, supporting, or implementing Cloud base software
• Requires up to 20% travel.
• Fluency in Spanish and English. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus
• No restrictions on travel to the United States
