Flexion Inc. a Madison, WI based IT Consulting and Services firm is looking for a Support Desk Technologist to work on a long-term consulting project. The client for this position is based in Madison, WI but work for this position can be done remotely from the United States. The initial duration of this position is three years.

Duties for this position will include:

Support Desk Technologists creates tickets in the ticketing system and provides basic troubleshooting/technical support for software and hardware systems. Tickets unable to be resolved will then be transferred to appropriate teams. Work hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm ET.

Job Requirements:
  • 6 months or more of Service/Help Desk experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
  • Experience with phone support
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Software configuration, monitoring, control and maintenance.
  • Customer Service skills
  • Communications Skills
  • Consistent work history
