Job Description:

This position involves regular communication with stakeholders and cross-team coordination and requires the ability to be able to think and act both strategically and tactically. The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, possesses analytical abilities and has strong communication and reporting skills. Naturally dives deep to drive scheduling efficiency through data insights and is proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop schedules for operations in support of the program

Drive operational/scheduling goals

Review and process schedule change requests from stakeholders or operations teams

Problem solve and anticipate problems before they occur

Maintaining a high bar for customer satisfaction and engagement

Basic qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience working in and admin role managing schedules or other customer facing roles

Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience

Proven track record of delivering results

Demonstrated experience managing routine scheduling across multiple communication channels including phone, email and chat.

Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Outlook and Excel

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders

Preferred qualifications

Strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions

Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders

Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

Excellent problem-solving skills

Demonstrated commitment to customer experience, and passion for innovation and simplicity
