Job Description
Dynata owns and manages a 60M+ member online community of consumers and professionals, globally. By engaging community members to exchange their personal data and opinions for valuable rewards, Dynata is the largest provider of first party consumer insights to leading Market Research agencies, consulting firms and corporate brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new partners onto our platform, including setup and configuration of their accounts and systems
- Provide technical support to partners as they integrate with our platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the onboarding process
- Respond to partner technical questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Continuously improve our onboarding processes and documentation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support or customer success role
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with [javascript/.net/c#/css/html] is a plus
- Experience working with partners or in a B2B environment is a plus
