The Support Engineering - Customer Success Internship aims to enable you with the skillsets and experience needed to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced, and collaborative work environment. You will play a part in how we transform financial institutions and how they operate, go to market, and interact with their customers digitally. Internship training and onboarding takes place alongside our full-time new hires where you'll experience product, culture, and company training - all with a mentor, team, and leader by your side along the way! During your internship our Support Engineering team will collaborate with you on projects that both you and nCino are excited to accomplish, giving you the opportunity to drive true business impact while learning in a fun, fast paced environment.

Projects & Responsibilities

Our interns have worked with us end to end across company and department business & customer needs. Here are a few examples where internship projects can focus:

  • Customer & team analytics; gathering data, building reports & dashboards, giving constructive feedback on opportunities found within the available data
  • Learn from the best experts here at nCino to help stand up portions of our product for Support Engineer product development issues
  • Training & Enablement collaboration for future full-time and interns joining nCino
  • Technical and Business process documentation & procurement
  • Success analysis to share customer stories with the greater Professional Services & Customer Success departments
  • Collaborating on strategy & execution for customers moving to new & enhanced product features
