Want to join us?

We're looking for interns to join our Support team starting in January or May 2023. Our interns are invited to stay with us through graduation, and we're currently looking for awesome students graduating in Aug 2023 or later. You'll be working with a department full of awesome people who provide support to our users. We're looking for a college student in the Lincoln or Omaha area that's ready to work directly with our users, answering any questions they might have via phone, email, chat—even Twitter.

You Are
  • An empathetic problem solver. You can easily put yourself in someone else's shoes to find them the best solution.
  • Eager. You’re excited by the idea of working directly with our users to help them achieve their goals.
  • A confident communicator. You're able to clearly provide solutions with a human touch, both through email and on the phone, ensuring customers understand their technical issues and how you’ll resolve or elevate them.
  • Organized: Your time-management skills enable you to thrive in school, life and at work.
You Will
  • Thrive on the front lines. You'll be our users' first point of contact, answering questions about all our products and features, ranging from step-by-step explanations to technical troubleshooting.
  • Help teams and athletes win. Our clients come to us to enhance their game—you’ll make sure they know how to use Hudl in the best way possible.
  • Listen. You’ll empathize with our users and respond with creative solutions.
We Will
  • Treat you like a full-time employee. You're part of the team—that means you'll have real responsibilities and the opportunity to make a big impact at Hudl. We want to hear what you think and will often ask you to weigh in on team decisions.
  • Supply you with tools for success. We've invested in our office spaces, designing them with our employees in mind. You’ll have the enriching, flexible environment and powerful hardware you need to do your job well.
  • Provide career growth. Our internships are a great complement to your degree. We offer year-round internship experiences with the potential to extend over the course of your educational career.

Diversity at Hudl

Hudl is an equal opportunity employer. We understand the power of a diverse team, celebrate differences and promote inclusive and accessible environments.

To promote Hudlies being their authentic selves and give everyone opportunities for allyship, we offer employee resource groups. These employee-led groups are drawn together by common affinities, passions and life experiences:

  • Her Hudl
  • Hudl Black
  • Pride@Hudl
  • Mental Health Champions
  • Community Champions

We recognize there’s ongoing work to be done and track our efforts and commitments in annual diversity reports.

We also know imposter syndrome is real and the confidence gap can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates. Please don’t hesitate to apply—we’d love to hear from you.
