Job Description

What are we looking for:

As a Core banking Production Support, you are responsible for analyzing issues reported by the clients, reproducing reported problems in a testing environment, formulating workable solutions and conducting impact assessments on affected business areas. If you are passionate about creating positive customer interactions and impact, you are what we are looking for

Qualifications

You have what it takes to be part of our team if you have:

• Local Polytechnic Diploma in FinTech, Banking Finance, or Software engineering or similar disciplines
• Proficient in SQL with basic knowledge of Oracle DB
• Basic knowledge of Banking Products
• Knowledge in Windows/Unix/Linux
• Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong in interpersonal and communication skills and confident in relating to relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Thirst for knowledge, willingness to unlearn and relearn, Willing to undergo trainings and obtain certifications as required by the role.
• Fluent in spoken and written English

It would be a real bonus if you have:

• Knowledge/experience in scripting
• Knowledge running batch processes (control-m, Tivoli, AutoSys, Zena, Argo etc.)
• Understanding or knowledge in ITIL and SDLC
• Knowledge in any cloud technology
• Understanding of Web & Mobile Banking concepts
