Support Operations Coordinator

SBS Transportation is seeking a Support Operations Coordinator to join our growing team! This position is offered at $20.00 -$23.00 per hour during regular business hours. 

Job Overview: This position is responsible for ensure business operations are accomplished effectively and efficiently. Review and assess processes to determine ways to improve. Ensure that the needs of customers are met regarding accounting and billing. Interface with customers to resolve questions and concerns. May conduct customer surveys or other information gathering methods to identify areas for improvement and customer satisfaction. Scanning and classifying paperwork for digital storage and billing backup. Input data on customer portals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Following established procedures, complete complex assignments and resolve customer concerns that require investigation or research
• Scan and classify paperwork for digital storage and billing
• Calculate and oversee truck driver pay statements
• Enter data on customer portals
• Conduct analysis and research workflows to improve efficiencies.
• Communicate with senior management regarding activities to help mitigate organizational loss or impact and ensure customer satisfaction
• Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies completeness and accuracy of customer documents

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Working knowledge of PC computer systems
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working on concurrent assignments
• Problem solver and collaboration skills
