Job Description
We are looking for a Support Operator (Tier 1) to interact with our clients from Global Markets.
Working on our team as a Support Operator position involves:
-
working with support cases (chats emails and phone calls);
-
handling the knowledge base;
-
working on the Problem Management process. Candidate Expectations:
-
excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
-
experience in user support and a comprehensive understanding of HelpDesk (ServiceDesk) operations;
-
exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication;
-
knowledge of office software email clients and web browsers;
-
preferred understanding of PC architecture and networks;
-
desirable foundational knowledge of databases (DBMS).

English level — Upper-intermediate or higher.
