As a member of this fast-paced, leading-edge database/applications company, work with the team to deliver real time 24x7 enterprise-wide technical support for internal and/or external customers. This includes but is not limited to: user support of business applications, troubleshooting of technical problems and acting as a liaison between customers and resolving groups.

As an Apple Technical Specialist, you will be supporting many of our popular Apple products, from iPhones to iPads to MacBooks to desktop Macs. As an Apple Technical Specialist, you will provide world class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support to our customers using your Apple technical knowledge, creativity, and passion to meet their needs. The Apple Technical Specialist will help new owners get started and current ones get quick, efficient support - developing strong, positive relationships with C-suite level clients. Apple Tech must be knowledgeable with JAMF to Manage devices and Mobile Device Managment to deploy devices

Responsibilities

As a member of the Apple Team, Travel Required: 10-25%

Regular Duties and Responsibilities

* Configure and maintain the client's Apple Device Management (ADM) solution. The current solution is JAMF supporting 250-2500 end points, to configure iOS, iPadOS and macOS devices.
* Maintain a 99.99% uptime for the ADM platform.
* Provide patch management for apps and JAMF
* Create and administer Apple operating system installation and application packages using JAMF

*Manage ticket escalations from Tier 1 engineering team
* Routine review of incidents, identifying problems and addressing them to resolution
* Implementation, administration and troubleshoot Mac operating systems
* Provide user management including configuring new accounts, password resets, and troubleshooting user login, profile and permission issues
* Maintain standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation on an ongoing basis

* Duties as assigned Required Skills * JAMF administration and support
* Mixed environment Mac OS X and Windows operating systems support and deployment

* Passion for technology, teamwork, overcoming challenges and providing exceptional customer service
* Strong prioritization, problem solving, diagnosis and troubleshooting skills

Qualifications

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)

New York City Pay Range: from $28.08 to $49.18 per hour; from $58,400 to $102,300 per annum; eligible for equity.
Colorado Pay Range: from $25.10 to $46.59 per hour; from $52,200 to $96,900 per annum; eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
