AutoStore is seeking a Support Technician 

 

We are currently looking for a Support Technician who will play a leading role in the AutoStore North America and LATAM Service and Support Team.  

The Support Technician will be a part of a team that handles 24-hour partner support cases globally. The position has hands on work and troubleshooting activities relating to the AutoStore robots, grid platform and software.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • 24 Hour support line  

  • Day and Night Shift work is required based on a schedule  

  • Handle Salesforce cases and tickets in Jira, troubleshooting and resolving problems  

  • Processing orders and warranty cases 

  • Participate in 24/7 rotational support 

  • Have knowledge about all AutoStore modules 

  • Follow all internal procedures and processes 

 

AVAILABLE SHIFTS (working weekends and holidays are required): 

  • Day Shift (7:00am – 4:00pm) 

  • Swing Shift (4:00pm – 12:00am) 

  • Evening / Overnight (11:00pm – 8:00am) 

 

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent required with at least two years of related experience and/or training

  • Travel up to 10% to, Europe, or other sites in North American and LATAM as required to support customers or receive training.   

  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow. 

  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. 

  • Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of engineering/technical. 

  • Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific. 

  • Acute attention to detail. 

  • Commitment to excellence and high standards. 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 

  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Salesforce. 

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. 

  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions. 

  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
