POSITION SUMMARY: The Environmental Services Supervisor is responsible for the direct oversight of EVS personnel, operation and coordination of department function. This role actively collaborates with the other leadership team members in the new hire life cycle - including interviewing, selecting, training, and evaluating department personnel. In addition to oversight of personnel, this position is responsible for effectively complying with regulatory standards, financial analysis of department operation and collaboration with leadership team members to support the department in its daily function.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

• 2 years in Healthcare Environmental Services or 2 years of supervisory experience

Other skills/knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• High School/GED

Experience:

• 1 year supervisory or lead experience
• CHEST Certification
