Summary

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
-Experience managing and supervising operations, maintenance and repairs for a VLF Broadcast Commercial power distribution and stand-by power production equipment.
-Experience planning and performing preventive and corrective maintenance, operation, inspection, repair and overhaul of diesel engines and generators.
-Experience identifying future requirements, upgrades, potential problems, and work requirements for accomplishment of all work.
-Experience performing preliminary project planning by performing data collection and identifying requirements for submission of engineering service requests.
This position is within the Work Category SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT at Work Level FULL PERFORMANCE, Series and Grade GG-1640-12.
